hi,

assuming (1) you know the current carrying capacity of a wire at room
temperature and (2) the resistance of the wire at room temperature (25 deg
c), and assuming that the current carrying capacity of the wire is inversely
proportional to its resistance, you can derive the current carrying capacity
of the wire at any temperature by using the temperature coefficient of
resistance for copper shown as follows:

Rt=R25(1+0.00385(t-25) where
Rt is the resistance at temperature t in deg C
R25 is the resistance at 25 deg C
and t is the wire temp in deg C
