In my former life, I have had outsourcing experience with the following test
facilities:

Dayton T. Brown (New York)
Detroit Testing (Detroit, of course)
Trialon Corporation (corporate out of Michigan with several sites)

Trialon has a new facility here in Kokomo, but I am not sure they have the
capability for random vibration.  Are the thermal cycling and random
vibration tests you describe combined environment or stand-alone?  This makes
a huge difference in terms of equipment capability.
