Hi ya'll,

To me, sounds like something about insertion and withdrawal cycles, which is
a valid concern....geeze, another acronym! But I will admit that it makes
sense; "Poke"; to push, and "Yoke" to yank or pull...so I would guess it's
all about insertion and withdrawal cycles...why do we keep confusing
ourselves? Oh well, this is why life is so interesting....

I know I'm up late....
