Carl,

We use a few Vision Engineering Scopes including a
Lynx, but we can't move our techs (40+) away from
standard stereo scopes.  We happen to use the Meiji
brand although we add our own bench clamp.  An
excellent scope, it has an 8" working distance, good
for inspection or assembly.

I think you can buy them from Techni-Tool in PA.
