Hi Ron,

That's true, but then you'll send an auto-reply email to the TechNet which
gets distributed to the whole list...that's what the ListServe commands are
trying to avoid. I think ideally, we are a passive list...that when messages
are sent to the list, we want to have some content that is
meaningfull...(whatever that means) not to know that someone is on vacation,
or out of the office...(kinda' pisses me off to know that others can get a
break once inna while...I'm saying that jestingly...hehehe).

It's really easy to set the listserver commands...I think that's the best way
to deal with vacations or absences....
