no steel caps, no black sole) . ?
Any practices (plant only wear, full provision/part contribution,
test/validation/qualifications of various brands effectiveness) ?

Getting tired of lost foot straps and greeting comrades at evening shoppings
with straps still on !
Don't mind if they sleep with wrist straps.

On/off line , commercial folks with quotes welcomed (lot's of 100+ pairs)
