Concur ; interesting point is the blade is actually not sharp,
acts as a rolling wedge - carbide pays off in long run (yes, the edges are
bit hairy > process signature).
(hope nobody bends&breaks)

pointing it out only because some mechanical delinquents DO sharpen the edge
crest;
thus causing the blade wonder off the groove with subsequent consequences
(not pretty).

Janice,
If you are using a machine to depanelize the boards, the machine vendor
should have provided scoring specifications for you to use on boards. For
example, we successfully have a 30 degree angle score one-third of the way
through the thickness of the board on each side (so that one-third of the
total board thickness remains). There are also maximum and minimum
constraints.
