Hello all,
Please apologize my cross-posting in DC, TechNet and PCD List
a)
I'm looking for a good, (if possible space proven) layout
recommendation for the ST microelectronic 2N2222 in LCCC3 style
(Leadless Ceramic Chip Carrier, 3 pins, pins size "T1" (according
IPC-SM-782 nomeclature) 0.60-0.91 mm, "W" 0.40-0.60 mm, pitch is
1.80-2.00 mm.
Anybody with good ideas (I built my own accordimg the SM-782, but
maybe somebody has a space proven design...
ST microelectronics seem not to have any recommendations.
b) There is from International Rectifier a transistor package ""like"
a LCCC, ceramic SMD with three huge pads at the bottom side, no toe,
no heel, called "SMD-1". IRHN9150 is one of the parts in this
package. IR has no layout recommendations. I built again my own,
but perhaps also anybody out there with a space proven layout?
c) There is from AVX a series of SMD tantal capacitors "TAZ" or CWR09
/ COTS-Plus series for military and space application. They don't
have packages according the EIA standards (and according to
IPC-SM-782). AVX has no layout recommendations. ....built my
own, but perhaps .....?
Many many thanks in advance, best regards
