The IPC connection to the world went down Thursday afternoon. It has been
partially restored as of today - Sunday. We have great hopes that all well
be back to 100% by Monday.

Background: our old ISP decided not to make the investment to become Y2K
compliant. We had an alternate in place and have been trying to cut over
since late fall. It's a baby Bell company and got the same level of
non-service that most people get, hence the outage.

Thanks to all for your patience. Jack
