Because I have not recieved any response, I am trying to re-send an earlier
request in regards to Thiourea free alkaline etchant.
If anyone has had any experience with it I would very much appreciate any
feed back.
- has the claimed benefits (less undercut, higher etching rates, less
attack on print & etch resists) been realized?
- do you see a lower consumption of TFT etchant in comparison with your old
alkaline etchant - if so can you guesstimate a percentage?
- is the switch over fairly easy?
- are there any negatives to switching?
Thanks in advance for your help
Ted
