Hello Suzanne

You seem to have created a lot of comment.

Over here in the UK at Electronics Yorkshire we ask that candidates review
the work they have covered at home and research the review sections of the
courses for either J std or 610 at operator and instructor levels.

Have a good Christmas.

I would like to know how other Instructors handle homework. Do you
include this time in part of your hours for the course or do you have
them do it at home. In these economic times I am looking for ideas on
how to cut overtime costs. I taught the class last week and my
management was not to happy about sending them home with homework. How
do other company's handle the pay for the homework? Do you pay them if
so at what rate.
