All,

      請問怎么評估一款助焊膏是否可以用在無鉛上面﹐我們已經有做以下實驗﹐

1.SGS report :驗証成份   (符合Lead free 要求)

2.兼容性實驗:pass

3.用此助焊膏rework BGA 后Cross section:pass



本來我們還想驗証一下rework后的成分分析﹐但不知道到底驗証什么成分才符合要

求﹐請指點﹐謝謝!!
