看到610能对你们公司有帮助, 真是很高兴.
我注意到你有发送给[log in to unmask], 你是否已经注册成功TGAsia? 如果是, 你试一下[log in to unmask] and/or [log in to unmask] 因为我并没有从TGAsia论坛收到你的这封邮件.
关于2个问题, 略抒一己之见:
1. 应该是电气公共点. 既电原理图上是共接的. 也就是说, 要看是否造成功能或性能上(例如高频)的问题.
2. 因为这个焊点只有端面可见,而610是一个目检标准,所以检查标准如此规定.我猜测技术委员会是根据他们的经验和实验数据结果,认为端面可见100%的润湿填充是最低要求.
你的处理方法完全正确, 任何时候任何情况都可以与客户制定补充的或修正的验收要求.
非常感谢你带给我们的实战讨论, 让我非常惭愧的是, 培训610近4年了, 始终都是在纸上谈兵.
