各位,

請教一個問題:

目前有很多IC的包裝方式為管裝﹐那物料的寬度(包括pin腳與管子的內徑差距為多少

算標准? 目前業界有沒有文件明文規定?

PS: 管子的內徑過大會導致物料在生產時左右晃動而SMT機台無法吸料。
