1在 J-STD-003B 3.2.2 中規定無鉛測試用的助焊劑應當為 2 號標準松香助焊劑
 想請教表內的1號及2號助焊劑.是屬於 J-STD-004B 表3-2 中的哪一個類型?

2.若2號助焊劑是屬於ROM1 . 客戶要求使用ROL1類型助焊劑來做測試是否洽當.
