IPC-4554《印制电路板浸锡镀层规范》 规定了使用浸锡作为印制板表面处

理的要求。本规范适用于化学药水供应商、印制板制造商、电子制造服务业（EMS）、

原始设备制造商（OEM），其最新修订1英文版本于2012年1月出版。TGAsia即将

成立4-14CN技术组，启动IPC-4554（含修订1）中文版的开发工作。

4-14CN技术组的主席由IPC会员单位——兢陆电子(昆山)有限公司 黄志宏先生

4-14CN is recruiting members to develop IPC-4554 with Amend. 1

（Chinese version）

IPC-4554, Specification for Immersion Tin Plating for Printed Circuit Boards, sets the requirements

for theuse of Immersion Tin (ISn) as a surface finish for printed circuit boards. It is intended for use by

the supplier or printed board fabricator, plating chemistry supplier, contract assembler or EMS facility and

the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Released with Amendment 1: January 2012.TGAsia is setting

up 3-12dCN and kicking off the development of its Chinese version.



Mr. Leo Huang will be undertaking the Chairman of 4-14CN, who is from IPC member company- APCB

Electronics (Kun-Shan) co., ltd..



More technicians and experts are sincerely welcome to join 4-14CN and take participate in the development

of IPC-4554 with-Amendment-1(Chinese version).
