My comment is that the IPC organization is not located in the manufacturing site and she is not easy to get noted on the problem and required standards we manufacturing encountered in our daily work. 





All international standards cannot catch up with the rapid development of new technology, too. In many case, it's the agreement between customer and supplier, right?





As long as China become the world's factory and IPC alert that she cannot be the "table engineer", the TG Asia is set up to firstly be involved in the translation and then the revision of the contents.

从我在这一行业这个七八年，我觉得IPC标准不是很严谨，很多地方漏洞百出，很多时候让人不能够理解里面真正的含义。

我同意陈培良高工的意见。从本人接触的IPC标准、应用IPC标准来看，IPC标准很不严谨，很多地方表现出随意。这里，test、testing、measure、inspection的定义在GB/T2000.1已作出。这些词不仅涉及到检测方面，也涉及到校准方面。使用和翻译时，应根据上下文的情况给予考虑，而不是单独把他提出来讨论。

工作组在翻译标准时关于test一词的翻译有分歧，集中表现为两种意见。


 


翻译为试验：理由是：


陈培良：查GB/T 20000.1—2002《标准化工作指南  第1部分：标准化和相关活动的通用词汇》的2.13.1 test 为“试验”，2.13.1 testing 为“测试”，2.13.2 test method 为“试验方法”。因此，不赞成将test译为“测试”。





GB/T 20000.1—2002《标准化工作指南  第1部分：标准化和相关活动的通用词汇》是修改采用ISO/IEC指南2:1996《标准化和相关活动的通用词汇》(ISO/IEC Guide2:1996, Standardization and related activities - General vocabulary, MOD)的。本部分由中国标准研究中心提出，由国家标准化管理委员会标准化原理与方法直属工作组(CSBTS/WG3)归口。本部分起草单位:中国标准研究中心、中国合格评定国家认可中心、中国电子技术标准化研究所。 





其中test / testing 在GB/T 20000.1—2002也就是在ISO/IEC Guide2:1996中是两个词：





2.13.1  试验 test





依据规定的程序测定产品、过程或服务的一种或多种特性的技术操作。





2.13.1.1  测试 testing





进行一个或多个试验的行动。

翻译为测试：理由是：





彭丽霞：关于上述测试和试验，从语言角度来讲，我认为test / testing 是同一个词。抛开这个词的翻译，我们来考虑中文之试验和测试有什么区别。下面是我的理解。





 测试表达的是对某个结果进行测量，看其是否符合某种预期，例如某个标准或协议的要求。和检查检验表达的意思接近，只是手段可能不同。测试一般需要借助较为复杂的仪器设备以及相应的方法。





而试验是一种摸索，面对的问题包含许多未知的因素，是为了期望得到的某种结果而进行的尝试。边试边检验我们的设想，可能成功可能失败。比如开发原子弹的过程，我们会说试验而不会说测试。试验有成功有失败。而测试则是通过/合格还是不通过/不合格。试验过程是要想尽所有可能的方法手段来实现目标，而测试过程方法和手段都是既定的。





试验和测试相同之处可能在于二者都需要借助某些仪器设备或巧妙的方法来进行。
