越是细的引脚，越是要注意成型工装的加工。从你图上看应该是工装弯脚处处理得不够圆滑。

Hello, all:

在IPC-A-610 7.1.2.3  引脚成形时，元件引脚的损伤超过引脚直径的10%，为缺陷1，2，3级。

对于细引脚元件，特别是直径小于0.8mm 的元件，在成形的过程，不可避免的损伤的直径一般为10-20%，请参看下图，不知各位在损伤的标准是否做过让步？让步的标准是什么？
