那个开裂的地方不应该判定为锡裂；
最好做个断面，如果确认在裂开的地方，边缘是光滑的情况，日语中叫“引け巣"。
这种情况信赖性评价没有异常的话是没有问题的。
如果裂开的地方是比较有棱角的话就是龟裂，会直接影响强度，可判定为不良。
