IPC-9252 defines levels of appropriate testing and assists in the selection
of the test analyzer, test parameters, test data and fixturing required to
perform electrical test(s) on unpopulated printed boards and innerlayers.
TGAsia is setting up 7-32cCN  and kicking off the development of its Chinese
version.
Fan Yong will be undertaking the Chairman of 7-32cCN, who is from Shenzhen
Suntak Multilayer PCB Co., Ltd..
