各位朋友



     目前很多公司在設定W/S的錫焊時間時都會不同,有的會定義在3.0 +-0.5 s,有的

公司會定義在3~5 s .......

以下是我了解的到信息及問題,邀請大家一起來討論.thanks!



個人了解到的信息如下,

1.這本身跟錫條的型號及材料特性有很大的關系,大多數的零件定義都會是在260度 5s

Max,或265度 3~5 s,有的干脆就會是260或265度 Max

2.目前W/S的溫度又是與錫條本身合金成份有很大的關系,大都在250~265度間,也有的

會超過265度,甚至達到270度



有以下几點邀請大家一起來討論

1.那么,W/S的焊錫時間是否在IPC或其它行業標准中有定義呢?(或制定原則,)------目

前我沒有找到

2.如果沒有定義,那大家采用的標准是如何定義出來的呢?

3.如與材料商有爭義時(最常見的異常,如材料不耐高溫),如何說服材料商?如公司本身

實力較薄弱,沒有行業規范,將很難處理,

最后可能只會是手工焊了,或者接受廠商的要求,加價改更好的材料.
