《无铅焊料合金“移动数据”分析方法》

有很多新型无铅合金可以解决当前无铅产品在制造中面临的问题，但是新型无铅合金的可靠性却不像常用的如SAC305容易判定。在尝试寻求新型合金解决制造中的问题的同时，新材料的可靠性难以测定引入了新的问题。

IPC焊料评估理事会（SPVC），与iNEMI合作开发了一套测试协议可用来评估新型无铅合金的特性。这套协议是把新材料的物理属性和组装时的特性与一个标准化的测试工具作比较， 测试重点在无铅焊料的物理测试，目的是为新型焊料合金提供一套测试协议提供“移动数据”，即可复制、不依赖于测试地点的数据。这套协议包括测试要求，可降低测试成本、帮助行业更好地了解无铅焊料合金在制造过程中及终端应用中的基本物理属性。

《航天、国防与高可靠性电子行业中无铅电子产品的风险控制》

无铅材料对传统的有铅互连材料是一个很大的技术冲击，在对安全要求极高的航天、国防与高可靠性电子（ADHP）行业中尤为重视。在有效数据和建模方法出来之前，ADHP产品中无铅项目仍有很多附加的工作要做，这些附加的工作只会增加成本和时间。在此标准中，为ADHP无铅应用提供了重要的规范，来保证产品安全、可获得性和持续使用。

Pb-free materials are considered a major technology disruption to traditional Pb-based interconnect materials for electronics, which is of particular concern for the aerospace, defense, and high performance products (ADHP) industries where safety cannot be compromised and applicable reliability data remains scarce. Until validated data and modelling methods are developed, projects considering Pb-free ADHP products and systems need to adopt additional steps, many of which add cost and scheduling. Within this white paper the PERM Council provides key recommendations that offer a way to approach Pb-free deployment in ADHP products and systems to assist in maintaining product safety, affordability and sustainability.
