标准的测试方法应该按003B。只有采用标准的助焊剂才能真正测试出焊料的可焊性。

目前碰到一個客戶要求測試方式遵循J-STD-003B要求.但是測試時用的助焊劑
又和003B要求不同.所以出現了測試差異.如用003B的二號助焊劑做焊錫實驗是合格的
但是改用004 中的ROL1卻是不合格.正確使用方式是否為003B才正確.

1在 J-STD-003B 3.2.2 中規定無鉛測試用的助焊劑應當為 2 號標準松香助焊劑
想請教表內的1號及2號助焊劑.是屬於 J-STD-004B 表3-2 中的哪一個類型?
2.若2號助焊劑是屬於ROM1 . 客戶要求使用ROL1類型助焊劑來做測試是否洽當.
