The following is my self-introduction.
Xin MA received the Ph.D. degree in Materials Processing Engineer from Harbin Institute of Technology, P.R.China, in 2000.
He worked at the CEPREI Lab., Chinese Ministry of Information Industry, Guang zhou, from 2000 to 2001. During 2001 to 2004, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow and JSPS Research Fellow at the Hiroshima University, Japan. Since 2004, he is the Vice President on Technology of Yik Shing Tat Industrial Co., Ltd., Shen zhen, P.R.China. His work includes the development of soldering materials for electronic assembly and packaging, new soldering materials and technology. He is the co-author of the book ¡°Pb-Free soldering technology in electronic assembly¡±(in Chinese). He had published more than 40 technical papers in the international previewed journals.
Dr. Ma is the Vice Director of ¡°Committee for Soldering, Brazing and Special Joining¡± and Director of ¡°Sub-committee for Pb-Free Soldering Technology¡±, China Welding Society. He is the member of SAC/TC297 and SAC/TC55/SC2.
