To all subscribers,

We have many multilayer boards using a "buried" thermal plane within the
overall board construction.  Trouble is, we depended on an outside
contractor to supply us with a finished plane, that is, a vendor who drilled
the thermal plane, filled all holes with insulating material and drilled
through the insulated holes.  The outer surfaces of the planes were then
sanded flush to the base substrate.  Does anyone out there know of a source
(i.e. - some shop with programming, CNC machine, hole fill capabilities,
etc.) who could provide this kind of service???  Worst case, I could supply
substrate, drill programs, etc.  Please help.  Thanks in advance.
