I am glad to inform you that we have implemented searchable archives for IPC e-mail
forum submissions. The archives are available both through the Internet and e-mail
and contain every message submitted to the forums from the moment of their
implementation.

Please note that messages submitted before we implemented IPC's new mail list
software (August '97) have old subscribe/unsubscribe instructions and references.
Please do not follow them!

You can access an "IPC On-Line Services" link off our main home page at:

http://www.ipc.org



For those of you without the Internet access, you can search the archives by sending
the following message:

To: [log in to unmask]
Subject:
Message: search <forum name> <search string>


For example, if you are searching for references to Black Oxide on the TechNet, send
a following message:

To: [log in to unmask]
Subject:
Message: search TechNet black oxide

You will receive a response from the server with your search results and additional
instructions.
