Good Morning Arlene!

Are you sure you meant MED IC? The only thing I could find with the term
MED-IC, is something that one company is calling a RFID device to be
used in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Other than that, I have
never heard the term before. Here's a link to the company:

The only other thing that comes close, is a MSD IC. Which means a
Moisture Sensitive Device...
