Try using an membrane air dryer by Watman Balston in conjunction with a dry box 
/ dessicator system by Terra Universal. The benefit is a virtually no 
maintenance system. The system may be higher cost then what you are looking for. 

~$2K  for the dryer.
~$3-6K for the storage boxes dependant upon volume size.

I'm looking for alternative ways to store moisture sensitive components once 
the vapor barrier bags are opened.  We currently don't use N2 in our 
facility and would like to avoid using it in this application.  Any 
suggestion of manufacturer's.  We only need about 3 - 5 cubic feet storage.
