Could anyone provide us the following info, or let us know where to
look for the below info- regarding No clean Flux, halide free, 2%
solid content and ethanol based.

a) how does high temp of solder bath effect the flux activity on PWA
Solder Mask? This information is required to control the Flux residue
on the board after wavesoldering?
b)is there any study material available about flux constiuents (like
various rossins used and their chemical composition and the effect on
different metals used in PCB fabrication.
