Can anyone point me in the direction of a Workmanship Standard that could be applied to the mating of 4.8x0.8mm Fully Insulated Female Push-On Crimp Terminal, such as Tyco Electronics Part Number 2-520194-2, with its corresponding Tab?
 
I can't find anything relevant in either IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620.  The 'Do's and Don'ts' contained in 'Section B - Assembly' of Tyco Electronics Document Number 114-2023 (http://ecommas.tycoelectronics.com/commerce/DocumentDelivery/DDEController?Action=showdoc&DocId=Specification+Or+Standard%7F114-2023%7FB%7Fpdf%7FEnglish%7FENG_SS_114-2023_B.pdf) are about the only thing I have to go on.
