Currently the Technet forum does not allow for the distribution of attachments. There are currently 1600+ subscribers to Technet. With the current concerns regarding virus attachments and out of respect for unwanted attachments and particularly for subscribers on low speed connections, all attachments are being filtered out. 

Unless there is a specific need for an attachment which would be of value to the majority of the subscribers, please consider the following options:

1) Post the attachment on a web-site and reference the URL on the list, or

2) Offer to send the attachments to interested parties off-line.
