Poh Kong Hui,

Rogers Corporation manufactures several high performance 
laminates.  By high performance I am referring mostly to a low 
dissipation factor when compared to FR4.  These materials also 
have a tight tolerance control on the Dielectric Constant as well 
as thickness.

3003 and 3010 are two of those materials in the 3000 series.  They 
are PTFE based laminates that are loaded with ceramic particles.  
The ceramic particles are used to balance the electrical and 
mechanical properties of the laminates.

3003 has a Dielectric Constant of 3.0 +/-.04, Dissipation Factor 
of .0013, and comes in thicknesses of .005", .010", .020", .030" 
and .060".

3010 has a Dielectric Constant of 10.2 +/- .3, Dissipation Factor 
of .0035, and comes in thicknesses of .005", .010", .025", and 
.050".

The reliability of these materials is very good.  The Z axis CTE 
is 24 PPM/degree C.  (Copper is 17, FR4 is about 70 - 85)  The 
dimensional stability of the 3003 is very good when compared to 
other PTFE based non-glass reinforced laminates.
