Martin,

AMP makes a crimp-on product called the AMP-in.  This is crimped on the end of the
untinned wire and has a little retaining barb that locks the wire into the hole when
inserted through the PWB. It also has an insulation crimp to add a little extra rigidity
to the wire to board connection.
