Hi all,

Just got a batch of boards from our PCB manufacturer and after wave
soldering (no 100% incoming inspection) we found alot of scratching through
the traces. Some were so bad the whole panel had to be discarded.

The scratches usually travel clean through the trace and the solder mask
was still intact so it didn't happen at our plant. This is costing us a
fortune in
rework and rejects.

Any ideas on how this could happen and how to deal with our manufacturer?
