There are any number of qualified testing facilities.  Personally I like a
local lab and to witness my testing, especially the EM compatability,
because of the "fixing" I can do at the lab if necessary.  Many advertise in
the free publication Compliance Engineering,  www.ce-mag.com.  I know I will
get some objection to this but I feel it is important to select a lab that
is big enough to have the resources, international connections and the
certifications that you will need.  The applicable standards that you will
need to meet are dependent on the particular product and the individual
countries that you want to market in.  If you have any specific questions or
