We've been sectioning vias as small at 8 mils for years and have on
occasion sectioned 4 mil vias. What I'd like to know is:
-are you looking to hit one particular via in each section, or a row
of them? Obviously, hitting a row of 1 mil vias would be difficult.
-how important is it to be right at the center of each via?
-What are you looking for in the via?

Contact me offline if you'd like.

Hi,

Does anyone know of a quality microsectioning service that can cross
section microvias down to 0.001" in diameter? I need about 70
sections.
Thanks
