I would like to know what the average tolerances are for routing
applications in pcb's. We are looking at a board on board application, with
the daugther board having routed tabs on the edge of the board to be
inserted into the mother board routed slots for mechinical stability. The
tab might be coated with tin-lead, to be soldered if additional stability
is needed.
What tolerances(+/_), should we include in our design for the routed slots
and tabs? The daugther board is 0.63 mils thick and the mother board 0.93
mils thick. Stack up factor ,etc.
Any info will be appreciated.

Thanks
