A correction on the message I sent to you about putting FAX paper on the
board.
Put the FAX paper on the TOP of the board to see if and where the flux is
getting up throught the holes.

Dear Charles,

Hi!  My name is Bernard P. Domingo, SMT Engineer from EAI
Philippines.  Actually, Jon is my Senior Engineer and he asked me to
provide you the info. you need about our Spray Fluxer.

We are using EFD 780S Spray Valve.  Stationary headed spray fluxer
with compressed dry air as its atomizing air.  We have 2 types of
nozzle.  Round and Fan type.

Our flux is Kester 933-3 no-clean, low solid ( 3%), rosin flux.  The
pre-heat requirement is 80-100



ºC.  This flux is alcohol based.
