The product you are referring to is Thermal Clad, or T-Clad, from The 
Bergquist Company, 5300 Edina Industrial Boulevard, Minneapolis, MN  55439. 
Telephone 800 347-4572.  There are other suppliers of similar material, but 
I am not familiar with them.
