Hi Arturo and Richard!

     You can go to Tessera's WEB page and they have a pretty good article that
was written by Vern Solberg regarding the little things you need to consider
when doing MicroBGA. They're at:      WWW.Tessera.com

When you get there, on the opening page look for the Publications link, click
it, then look for the Applications notes and click that. If either one of you
only has email access and can't  go up on the WEB, send me a email and I'll
attach the file to a email that I'll send back to you...I woulda done it with
this email but you're not supposed to attach anything to posts to the
list...and I SURE don't wanna get Hugo mad...he might sic Jack on me!
