We are considering bringing our assembled PCB testing
in house instead of out-sourcing and was wondering if
anyone has any input on different brands of equipment.
 I would be interested in any comments or concerns
regarding HP 3070 vs Genrad vs others. Has anyone used
a new one I have heard about called "The Flying
Scorpion"?  Apparently it has 40 probes and can test
double sided boards. I appreciate any input.
