Jim,

I'm really appreciative of anyone even slightly interested in test coupons.
Remember, if you use IPC-2221 guidelines, the rules are quite clear. They're
there for a reason. I just think you could get off to a really good start by
starting there. I mean, that's what this whole excercise is all about. Also
remember, test coupons are specifically designed for individually defined
tests AND they comprise QUALITY CONFORMANCE TEST CIRCUITRY.

I do want to say one other thing, probably not realizing the maybe paradigm
shift occurrin all about my baldness. That is, how can we be discussing
breakout and such significant misregistration violating everything I grew up
on. Are we making concessions to the reliability gods and all the years of
work supposedly having gone into making these rules as well? What am I
missing, as usual, here.
