You may find some help from the Andrew Corp  who manufacture slotted Radiax
coaxial cable for comms.-- if they are not your competitor that is. Their
catalogue has an interesting section on Radiax system design considerations
p no. 730 in their no. 37 cat. and you may also be able to get some idea
from their cable specifications.
I only have an address:

Another way is analysis using perhaps HP CAD s/w, High Frequency Structure
Simulation (if my memory is not failing here), which is not for the
un-iniated in my limited experience. I do not know of any other literature.
