Gaby,

Hello, I am the one who started this dialog with WTI. We are being
pushed by
our pcb suppliers of to use it. I am always skeptical of vendors and
feel the
need to have them and us prove out the new method. If things appear
fine and they meet or enhance our process GREAT. If not let's not
change!
Anyway, we too use a no clean process. I would be greatly
appreciative of
   any insite you might have.

Why are you seeing wax? Are you sure-could it be a residue of the no
clean flux?
I am cautious when it comes to any possibility of having corrosion build
up. We
had a real bad time of it 3 years ago. We just put a lot of time and
money into
investigation and process improvement. We have eliminated all
incompatible
chemistries in/on our factory floor. To date-no more big "C". So as
you can see
I am interested in this new method.

   Sincerely

   Don Fumia
