Does anyone out there know of this company and their capabilities?

1. THE COMPANY IS TO BE CALLED AUSTRALASIAN TECHNOLOGY
    CORPORATION LIMITED, ATC. BOTH BUSINESSES ARE INVOLVED IN ELECTRONIC
ENGINEERING (CODE: AAT)
2. NICHE TECH (EST. 1989) IS A SUBSIDIARY OF ATC
3. ATC HAS TWO CORE SYNERGISTIC BUSINESSES, THE SINGAPOREAN
   BASED NICHE TECH AND THE AUSTRALIAN BASED SOFTWARE AND
   MANUFACTURING DIVISION
4.ATC PROVIDES SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO THE GLOBAL SEMICONDUCTOR AND
COMMUNICATION INDUSTRIES
5.  IN MAY 1988 ATC SOLD ITS MAIN BUSINESS TO HILLS INDUSTRIES
    FOR 4.6 MILLION. ATC WAS THEN ABLE TO SECURE THE ACQUISITION OF
NICHE TECH
