We have used Shipley electroless for many years at Circo Craft and have
never had problems at the magnitude you describe. In fact the quality level
has been very, very good. When I hear of this type of major failure, it has
been my experience that a very basic error has occured in your process, for
example, bad rinse water quality, inappropriate agitation mechanics,
improper handling, poor preclean practices prior to plating, etc. Can I ask
for a better description of the specific problems, for example, is the
separation between the electroless and the internal foil? the electroless
and the second copper plating? or has it ruptured internally within the
electroless grain structure?

Hope this helps
