Hello Dewayne,

Looks like you've already received a lot of very good advice.
I can only support all that has been said. Definately get involved with the
IPC Designers Council and get a hold of IPC-2221 and 2222.
It's good that your employer has signed you up with the IPC. This is
hopefully an indication that they recognise PB design as a profession, and
not just driving a software package.
We use Protel here (V98). You may be interested in a Protel users forum at
http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/index.html for your Protel specific
questions.
TechNet, as you've found is very valuable. There is a lot to learn and it
never stops.
In addition to your growing list of reference material, I could add
'Printed Circuits Design' by Gerald L. Ginsberg (ISBN 0-07-023309-8)
