You should notify the subbie about the nonconformance and determine the
reason that it occured.  You have a lap joint to the pillar.  This gives you
no mechanical attachment, only the wetted solder bond.  Is this acceptable?
what are the forces on these joints?  This is not as strong a joint as a
hook connection and the change in direction of the wire may cause a problem
in vibration and thermal shock tests.
I recommend returning the non-conforming lot to the subbie to be corrected
to compliance to the print.  See IPC-HDBK-001 for a fuller description of
wire and lead- wrap around.  What workmanship acceptance requirements are
specified?
