Well, for my two cents, the only testing for moisture I'm
involved with is Bellcore GR-63 High/Lo Humidity, High/Lo
Temp Tests. But, this involves a functional assembly and
has to do with Telecommunications equipment.

Because we do this humidity testing, I have asked around
about humidity testing results of ANY kind for bare pc
boards. I have not received an answer from anyone.

At a former company where I worked, we used a nylon drive
shaft in a piece of equipment. Everything was fine until we
          sold to people in Florida.

          Massive failures.

Reason: The nylon absorbed water like a sponge in the high
                    humidity of Florida.

Solution: Bake the shafts before assembly.

I have never forgotten this lesson, but have yet to see any
kind of humidity testing for pcbs.

          Moisture "pick-up" I guess you'd call it.
