We ran a Electrovert 660c Ultrapac with an enclosed tunnel and we would get
approx. 10 -20 pounds of dross a week. Keeping the oxygen around 50 - 100
ppm.

There are a few controlled atmosphere(aka full tunnel) systems out there
that
use entrance and exit staging chambers. Check the ATMOS 2000 from
Electrovert,
or the Sigma Wave 6567 from Dover/Soltec. I am sure there are a few more
out
there. We do not have a contolled atmosphere system, but they apparently
reduce dross to about a few teaspoons a month!
These systems are quite expensive.
